victory will be ours!

in our annual office holiday decorating competition.. there were some voting irregularities last year that put us in second place. there is NO way we deserved that! the winners department was comprised of those villages and some fake fireplaces and scented candles.. seriously, I couldn't go in there without getting a headache. so this year we are back with a vengeance! I can't tell you the theme, but will be posting photos as soon as I can. The really cool thing about our decorations last year was that they were animated.. we had dancing ballerinas and skaters.. it was quite cool..we had a roof that we had drawn shingles on covered in snow.. we had a candy cane path.. it was very cool.it was a christmas storefront theme.. here are some photos from last year.. enjoy

we spent the weekend hanging out at the lake.. I thought I would post some photos from the weekend! most are beauty shots.. a couple of our dog Xena, the warrior princess.. who, at one point was just staring at a closed door.... weird..

We had a spectacular time, lots to give thanks for.. health, family.. Democrats back in the House and Senate! One week to the Dixie Chicks concert! Allllll kinds of stuff!
but mostly, and seriously, my own health and the health of my family and friends, and having someone who loves me so much I rarely believe it is possible.

My Christmas wish for all of you is the same.. Health and someone to love you silly!
